- The CryptoINK platform is not responsible for any trades involving tokens or CIK tokens. We cannot guarantee the price or volatility of any tokens and do not provide any guarantees or insurance for them.
- The use of our Freelancer platform is restricted to facilitating services between freelancers and clients. We do not take any action after confirming payment from the buyer for a service. Earnings will be held until both sides have accepted that the job has been completed, after which they will be paid out on the same day or latest the next day, subject to the availability of the chosen payment option.
- Our merchandise shops and online shop are not responsible for any issues that may arise after an order has been signed for by the postman or delivery service. In the event that an order is not delivered or is damaged, we may offer a refund in the form of a coupon or reorder the item, subject to the availability of proof.
- Our affiliate marketing program allows you to earn up to 30% commission on purchased orders made through your referral link, as visible in the affiliate dashboard. The minimum payout for the affiliate program is $10 and will be paid in BUSD via a Bep20 transaction.
- You are free to use the 3D avatar creator and download the resulting file for use on VR Chat or in the Metaverse.
- The CIK/SWAP feature on our site is powered by Lets Exchange, and CryptoINK is not responsible for any losses or issues that may arise in connection with the SWAP. You should contact Lets Exchange for assistance with any issues related to the SWAP.

In the event that a customer does not receive their ordered products, CryptoINK LLC will make every effort to investigate and resolve the issue. If the investigation reveals that the products cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances, CryptoINK LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer the customer a gift card for use in our shops or merch stores, in the value of the ordered amount.
The gift card will be issued within a reasonable timeframe and will be subject to the following terms:
- The gift card is non-transferable and may only be used by the customer who originally placed the order.
- The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
- The gift card is valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance.
- CryptoINK LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the gift card program at any time without prior notice.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that the gift card is the sole and exclusive remedy for any delivery issues related to their order, and that CryptoINK LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from such issues.
